INGREDIENTS/
- 4-5 apples
- 5tbs raisons
- 1tsp cinnamon
- splash of rum
- 5tbs oats/granola
- 5tbs butter
peal and slice the apples anyway you like. place them in baking dish with raisons, cinnamon, nutmeg, and splashes of rum to soak into the apples.
Mix the oats/granola and mash it together with the butter. Then sprinkle the butter/granola mixture over the top of the apples.
Pre-heat the oven to 240’c and place the apples into the oven on the bottom rack for about 30 minutes. Watch the cooking until the granola begins to brown.
