Home made pizza is always the bomb cause you get to load it up with the ingredients that make you happy. For me, that always includes bacon!

INGREDIENTS/
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1/2 an onion
- black olives
- 5 brown swiss mushrooms
- 500g mozarella cheese, grated
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 2 tsp Thyme, 2 tsb sea salt, 2 tsb pepper
MAKING THE TOMATO SAUCE
Spoon out some tomato paste and mix it up with water, slowly adding and stirring until you get the saucy consistency you like. seasoning it with some herbs, salt and pepper.
Pan fry the bacon until its warm and cooked. If you like dry crispy hard crunchy bacon like those bacon bits but better, now’s the time to throw them on a baking try with aluminum foil into a toaster oven and grill them at 280’c for about 5-10 minutes. Watch them closely cause they could just burn up.
