Avocado toast

This is my breakfast “go-to”:

Ingredients
•toast (I bought this yeast-free “german loaf” at a Russian bakery)
•ripe avocado
•lime juice
•olive oil (organic-extra virgin-cold pressed, always. The flavor really makes the difference)
•chili flakes
•salt + pepper

Steps
1.  Toast the bread so it gives an extra crunch
2.  Using a fork, smash a ripe avocado on the surface
3.  Drizzle with olive oil, squeeze of lime juice and all the seasonings.
