Thai Minced Pork, Basil, Chili Fried Rice

Or just “Ka Prao moo” in Thai.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4/5 kaffir lime leaves
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3 stalks of basil
  • 4-5 thai bird chilis
  • 3 strings of long green beans
  • 4 shallots
  • 1tbs fish sauce
  • 1tbs oyster sauce
  • 2tbs soya sauce
  • MEAT (300g of ground pork, or diced chicken)

Dice up the garlic, chilis and shallots or you can use a pestal and morter to smash it all together. heat up some oil on high heat and fry them together for a few minutes until the garlic browns.
