Or just “Ka Prao moo” in Thai.
INGREDIENTS:
- 4/5 kaffir lime leaves
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 stalks of basil
- 4-5 thai bird chilis
- 3 strings of long green beans
- 4 shallots
- 1tbs fish sauce
- 1tbs oyster sauce
- 2tbs soya sauce
- MEAT (300g of ground pork, or diced chicken)
Dice up the garlic, chilis and shallots or you can use a pestal and morter to smash it all together. heat up some oil on high heat and fry them together for a few minutes until the garlic browns.
