- 4 garlic cloves
- 3 potatoes
- 3 shallots
- 50g butter
- cheese
- 100ml milk
- 4 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- paprika
Boil the potatoes for 5 min., take out, let them cool down a bit
Peel off the skin from the potatoes and slice them into slices
Chop garlics and shallots
SAUCE/
Melt the butter, add flour and stir until mixed, add salt and pepper, add milk and stir.
Add some salt and pepper, diced shallots and garlic into the roux.
Pour over the sliced potatoes and mix in a baking dish.
