Greek style Calamari

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1tbs garlic powder
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1tsp white pepper

Clean the squid, separating the head from the body and removing the plastic-like spine. Rinse and let the squid drain dry. Slice the body into rings and leave the heads aside.

Mix your flour, bread crumbs, garlic powder, white powder, and thyme.

Toss the calamari into the flour and cover. Slowly place them in 170’c oil in a large pot.
