- 3 slices of bread without crust
- 350g ground pork
- 100ml milk
- 1 egg
- 1tbs rosemary
- 2tsp sea salt, 2 tsp crushed black pepper
- 50g grated parmesan cheese
- 100g of flour
- 100g cup panco bread crumbs
In a large bowl rip apart the bread into small pieces and hand mix with the pork, egg, parmesan cheese, rosemary, salt & pepper.
Mix the flour and bread crumbs.
Using your hands make the pork into little patties/balls and then roll them in the flour mix coating on all sides.
Heat some canola oil on a medium heat, and add the pork to the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until they’re firm and brown on the outside.
