This recipe comes straight from the BBQ grill in high-school.
INGREDIENTS/
- 16 baby (small) lamb chops
- 4 cloves garlic (fresh cloves, peeled and diced)
- 100ml of favorite your local beer
- 2tbs koser/sea salt
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 2 tbs thyme
- 1 tbs roasemary
- s pinch of cayenne pepper
grab a zip lock bag. Load all the seasoning inside the bag along with the lamb chops sliced into individual chops with the bone and fat still attached. Use your hands to massage the meat into the seasoning. Give it 5 minutes of massaging and place it into the fridge, ideally overnight, but no less then 30 minutes for the flavours to soak into the meat.
