Coleslaw
wash and dice the cabbage into mini mini pieces.
add 1tsp of sea salt, 2 tsp of pepper, 1.5tsp white vinegar, 3tsp olive oil and mix well. place in the fridge and prepare the rest.
slice the tomatoes, cheese, onions/shallots.
