INGREDIENTS/
- 2 eggs
- 100g parmesian cheese
- pancetta or bacon
- salt/pepper/olive oil
- spaghetti
SAUCE/
grate the cheese finely and mix in a bowl with the eggs. add a few pinches of salt and pepper.
Heat some olive oil in a pan, fry the diced pancetta and crushed garlic cloves on medium heat until it browns and begins to be crispy.
turn off the heat!!
toss the cooked pasta into the pan and toss around. add your cheese/egg mixture and toss around some more.
